Distance Sales Agreement

1. Sides

It will be referred to as OctoTransfer.

2. Subject: With this contract, the parties; Before and after the flight, they have agreed within the framework of the following contract terms for one-way or reciprocal transfer from the addresses determined by them to the airports and vice versa or from the locations offered by "octotransfer.com" and the provision of daily excursion/tour service, and the performance of this service by "octotransfer.com" for a fee.

3. Service and Payment Information

3.1. The contract price includes VAT.

3.2. The agency may change the vehicle type with the same segment vehicle type, provided that it notifies the consumer when necessary. For example, the Volkswagen Caravelle instead of the Mercedes Vito. If the customer does not accept such a change at the time of booking, he/she has the right to cancel his/her reservation and receive a full refund of the fee paid. In this case, the customer is not entitled to compensation.

6. Number of People: The customer must specify the number of people.

7. General Provisions

Passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with the Traffic Law.

In order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this contract, the customer must have made a reservation at least 4 (four) hours before the transfer time. On religious and national holidays, New Year's Eve and other public holidays, reservations must be made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the transfer time. The reservation can be canceled by the customer up to 3 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the customer will be refunded. No refund will be made for later cancellations. During the transfer service, the route to be followed along the way from the departure point to the destination; It is determined exclusively by "octotransfer.com", taking into account traffic, road conditions and other criteria. The customer is not authorized to change this route. In this context, the passenger's requests to stop by a different location between the determined route and to wait for a short time at this location are accepted. "octotransfer.com" is obliged to reach a certain point between the two specified routes.

"octotransfer.com" does not accept sacks, crates, parcels, etc. as baggage during the transfer process. The passenger has a maximum baggage allowance of 15 kg per person. In case of loss or damage to baggage for which no value declaration has been made from the passenger, the customer does not have the right to demand the service fee as material and moral compensation. The customer accepts, undertakes and declares that there are no flammable, combustible, explosive, narcotic, fluid, odorous, radioactive and any substance prohibited to be carried and kept by the legislation of the Republic of Turkey in the baggage subject to the transfer. If the presence of the items listed in the baggage is noticed by the driver, the baggage in question will not be accepted into the vehicle. No refund will be made in cases where the 15 (fifteen) minutes specified below are exceeded during the unloading of the aforementioned items from the baggage, the transfer does not take place for these reasons, or the customer cannot catch the flight due to the lost time. In addition, in these cases, the customer cannot claim any claims or rights against "octotransfer.com" under any name. In the trunk; If the presence of the above-mentioned substances is noticed, the situation will be immediately reported to the competent official authorities by "octotransfer.com". The presence of the listed substances is not noticed by the driver; If it is detected by stopping and searching the vehicle by law enforcement officers during the transfer; "octotransfer.com" will immediately cover any damages and losses incurred by the customer in cash and in full. The customer's requests for a pet transfer and the type of pet to be transported will be communicated by the customer at the time of online purchase of the service. Without such notification, no animal transfer will take place. Animal transfer is not done alone without an adult customer. Under these conditions, the animal to be transferred can only be transported in its special cage, in the section determined by the "octotransfer.com" personnel in the vehicle, at the customer's own risk. According to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, the transfer, the acquisition, possession and transfer of animals that are unlawful is not possible under any circumstances. In transfers from a certain point to the airport; "octotransfer.com" declares and undertakes that the vehicle allocated for the transfer will be located at the designated point at the transfer time. A delay of 20 (twenty) minutes from the time of the transfer will be considered a reasonable delay. In case of delay exceeding 20 (twenty) minutes, the customer does not have to wait for the vehicle. In this case, the transfer fee is returned to the customer. At transfer points such as housing estate; The delay period of 15 (fifteen) minutes is exceeded due to the site security guards preventing the vehicle from entering the site.
